Abstract
Objective To explore the situation of maternity health care,the distribution of diseases,and related factors on the postpartum 42nd day in Yangjiang area of Gongdong Province,and improve the quality of postpartum health care.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the physical examination results on the postpartum 42nd day of 3 900 Yangjiang puerperae in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016.Result Among the 3 900 cases,the rates of pelvic floor muscle weakness,uterus subinvolution,insufficient milk secretion,acute mastitis,vaginitis,anemia,and postpartum depression were 75.64％,23.56％,19.36％,8.03％,4.21％,3.26％,2.72％,respectively.Conclusions The incidence of abnormal physical and mental illness of postpartum women is high.Thus,we should strengthen maternal health care as well as postpartum health check,timely cure the relevant diseases,with particular attention to postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation,focusing on postpartum depression and preventing it.关键词
