Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Taohong Qingxue pill and Halometasone cream combined with narrow-band UVB (NB-UVB) in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 102 patients with vitiligo were enrolled in our institute from January 2015 to October 2016.They were randomly divided into three groups according to the digital table method.35 cases in the control group were treated with external Halometasone cream,34 cases in the observation group B were treated with Taohong Qingxue pill on the basis of the control group,33 cases in the observation group A were treated with NB-UVB on the basis of the observation group B.The clinical effect of the three groups were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in observation group A (96.97％) was significantly higher those in control group (60.00％) and observation group B (79.41％) (x 2=13.502 5,4.909 9,P＜0.05),and the total effective rate in observation group B was significantly higher than that in control group (x 2=3.069 5,P＜0.05).There were no adverse reactions in 3 groups,no liver and kidney dysfunction.Conclusion The patients with vitiligo treated with Taohong Qingxue pill and Halometasone cream combined with NB-UVB in combination with high-quality comprehensive nursing have significant clinical effect,with low incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.关键词
