消炎止痒散治疗肛周湿疹的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of anti-inflammatory and anti-itching powder in the treatment of perianal eczema.Methods Sixty-eight patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local external application of dexamethasone cream after hip bath with warm saline,while the treatment group was treated with hip bath with anti-inflammatory and anti-itching powder,2 weeks as a course.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 91.17％ in the treatment group and 70.58％ in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Anti-inflammatory and anti-itching powder in the treatment of perianal eczema has definite clinical effect.关键词
