摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation and nursing cooperation in the treatment of thin endometrium.Methods From December 2013 to October 2015,398 infertile women scheduled for hormone replacement-frozen embryo transfer cycles in our department were selected,including 198 cases in experimental group (treated by pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation and nursing cooperation) and 200 cases in control group.Result After treatment,the endometrial thickness of 77％ (152/198)of the patients in experimental group were great than or equal to 8 mm,53％ (106/200) in control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor biomimetic electrical stimulation and nursing cooperation has distinct clinical effect in the treatment of thin endometrium,worthy of clinical application.关键词
