Status quo investigation of hospital infection in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of hospital infection in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service (PIVAS),to explore the preventive measures.Methods Analyzed 168 cases of hospital infection in PIVAS of our hospital from 2014 to 2016,the effective preventive measures were taken since 2015.The incidence of hospital infection from 2014 to 2015 and from 2015 to 2016 were compared.The inducing factors of hospital infection in PIVAS were analyzed.Results From 2014 to 2016,hospital infection mainly embodied in microbial pollution,heat source pollution,air pollution,liquid pollution.The incidence of hospital infection from 2015 to 2016 (43.45％) was lower than that from 2014 to 2015 (56.55％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The inducing factors of 168 cases of hospital infection included not standard pharmacists' operation in 81 cases (48.21％),not standard drug storage and/or transportation in 70 cases (41.67％).Conclusion The inducing factors of hospital infection in PIVAS are mainly not standard pharmacists' operation and not standard drug storage and/or transportation.Hospitals should take corresponding prevention measures to reduce the infection rate.关键词
