FloTrac-Vigileo系统在脓毒症患者血液净化治疗容量管理中的应用
Application of FloTrac-Vigileo system to capacity management of blood purification in patients with sepsis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of FloTrac-Vigileo system on treatment of blood purification in patients with sepsis.Methods:Sixty-five patients with sepsis were involved in present study who received blood purification therapy (continuous veno-venous hemofiltration,CVVH) in our department during Dec.2012 to Mar.2016,and randomly divided into two groups:central venous pressure (CVP) group (26 cases) and FloTrac-Vigileo system group (39 cases).FloTrac-Vigileo system and traditional CVP monitoring were respectively used in FloTrac-Vigileo system group and CVP group to guide the adjustment of water removal in blood purification.The changes of heart rate,respiratory frequency,mean arterial pressure,blood lactic acid,and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) scores were compared between the two groups at the beginning,30 minutes,4,12 and 24 hours after blood purification.Results:The heart rate,blood lactic acid level and APACHE Ⅱ score showed a downward trend in the both groups after blood purification,and more obvious trend existed in the FloTrac-Vigileo system group than in CVP group.The changes of respiratory frequency and mean arterial pressure showed no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions:FloTrac-Vigileo system may better guide the capacity management of blood purification treatment in patients with sepsis,make the patients reach the stable state of hemodynamics more quickly.关键词
