摘要

Abstract

Magnesium oxide which is used as magnesium oxychloride cement is produced by using magnesium chloride and carbide slag as raw materials which are cheaper, the product is using widely and has great application value.The influence of reactant concentration on settlement and particle size of magnesium hydroxide in normal temperature was studied, the results show that, when the mole ratio of magnesium chloride and carbide slag was 1.25∶1 and the concentration of Magnesium chloride was 1.875 mol/L, the settlement rate and average particle size of magnesium hydroxide were bigger than other concentration, and the result provided research foundation for industry production.
