Reverse Flotation Technology of Tailings Hematite and Limonite Ore in Zhaoqing of Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
The tailings from Zhaoqing of Guangdong province contains iron 38.97%, mainly occurrence in the hematite and limonite.In order to effective enrichment and comprehensive recovery iron mineral in tailings.This paper adopts the process of reverse flotation process with cationic collector YA as gangue mineral collector, sodium hydroxide was used as the pH value modifier and modified starch as the inhibitors of iron mineral.After closed-circuit test process with one rough, one concentration and three scavenging, a iron concentrate with Fe grade of 55.47% and Fe recovery of 81.32% were obtained.The iron mineral have a good enrichment recycling in tailings.关键词
