Abstract
T-type zeolite membranes were synthesized onα-Al2O3 tubular supportviasecondary growth from clear solution with a molar ratio ofn(SiO2):n(Al2O3):n(Na2O):n(K2O):n(H2O)=54.0:1.0:15.5:5.3:863.2. The crystal structure and morphologies of T-type zeolite membranes were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of seed matching method, seed concentration, crystallization time and temperature on the pervaporation properties of T-type zeolite membranes were investigated. The results show that T-type zeolite membrane synthesized under the optimized conditions (i.e., the precoated seeds method of the first time of 10g/L large seed and second time of 5g/L small seeds, crystallization temperature of 155°C and crystallization time of 6h) has a water flux of 1.40 kg/(m2·h) and a separation factor of 2318 for dehydration of 90%IPA (isopropyl alcohol) aqueous solution by pervaporation at 70°C.关键词
