Design of 10Gb/s trans-impedance amplifier
摘要
Abstract
Based on the 0.18μm SiGe BiCMOS process,this paper designs a trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) for 10Gb/s optical communication,introduces the ADC offset cancellation circuit and the automatic gain control circuit.It makes the simulation about the output signal bandwidth,differential gain and sensitivity of the tran-simpedance amplifier,then draws the layout of the amplifier and does the post simulation analysis.关键词
