基于环形谐振器的生化光子传感器研究

摘要
Abstract
With the development of research in the field of integrated optical,micro-ring resonator is also of concem in the sensing field.To design a ring resonator in Si3N4 photonic wire,this kind of ring resonator can trace changes in the refractive index of the photonic wire surface analytes,resulting in micro-ring photonic wire resonator characteristics change significantly,in order to achieve ultra-sensitive optical resonator.The device in the event of resonance,transmittances can down to 10%.The size of this device is only(17.54× 17.54X6) μm3 .关键词
