间充质干细胞与卵巢癌的相互作用
The Interaction between Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Ovarian Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can be chemotaxis to tumor site,participate in the formation of stroma and interact with tumor cells.According to different reports,MSCs can promote ovarian cancer cells proliferation by secreting cytokines and promote tumor stem cells differentiation;different types of MSCs can interact with ovarian cancer cells and promote or inhibit the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer;MSCs can promote the chemotherapeutic drug resistance of ovarian cancer by activating PI3K/Akt and BMP4/HH signaling pathways;MSCs can also be used as carriers to construct a targeted drug delivery system.These results indicate that MSCs play an important role in ovarian cancer and give us new research ideas,but the specific role and mechanism is still controversial and further studies are needed.关键词
