Differentially expressed of GABRP genes in basal-like triple negative breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the GABRP gene level in basal-like triple negative breast cancer (BLTNBC) and elucidate molecular markers for clinical diagnosis and targeting therapy.Methods:GABRP gene expression in Metabric was analyzed through bioinformatics analysis;GABRP gene expression in breast cancer cell lines and 104 cases of breast cancer paraffin samples was detected by Q-PCR.Chi-sauqre and Fisher exact test were used to analyze the correlation between GABRP gene level with cell proliferation,lymph node metastasis and the ER and HER-2 expression.Results:The bioinformatics analysis and Q-PCR results showed that GABRP gene was highly expressed in TNBC and BLTNBC.No obvious correlation was found between GABRP gene expression with cell proliferation or HER-2 expression in non-TNBC,TNBC and BLTNBC (P＞0.05),but GABRP gene expression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis status in BLTNBC and significantly correlated with ER expression in nonTNBC (P＜0.05).Conclusion:GABRP gene could be used as a diagnosis and prognosis marker for BLTNBC.关键词
