摘要

Abstract

Signal transductions and activators of transcription 3 (STAT3) is widely expressed in cell lines and tissues,and regulates cell proliferation,differentiation,senescence,apoptosis and other physiological process.STAT3 is overexpressed and continuously activated in a variety of tumors,suggesting it plays a critical role in tumorgenesis and progression.Lymphoma is a kind of malignant hyperplastic diseases with heterogeneity and complicated pathological classification,which is originated in lymphatic hematopoietic system.The pathogenesis of lymphoma has not been completely elucidated.Recently,it was reported that STAT3 is abnormally expressed in various subtypes of lymphomas.This article summarizes the research progress of the role of STAT3 and the molecular targeted therapy in lymphomas.We expect to provide more strategies for the diagnosis and treatment oflymphomas by illuminating the relationship between STAT3 and lymphomas.
