Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents and crystal structure of petroleum ether extracts of Millettia pulchra Kurz var.laxior (Dunn) Z.Wei (yulangsan,YLS).Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by extraction,column chromatography and recrystal,and identified by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and crystal X-ray diffraction.Results:Seven compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extracts of YLS and two of them were identified as pongamol and karanjin.Moreover,we characterized the crystal structure of karanjin which was isolated from petroleum ether extracts of YLS for the first time.The compound was monoclinic,P2 (1)/n,a=7.1865(6) (A),b=11.2571(9) (A),c=17.4841(14) (A),α=γ=90°,3=100.6520(10)°,Z=4,V=1390.1 (2) (A)3,Dc=1.397 Mg· m-3,μ(MoKα)=0.099 mm-1,F (000) =608,R1 =0.05,wR2 =0.12.Conclusion:The study was the first report to research the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extracts of YLS,and provides crystal structure characteristics for exploring the chemical constituents and pharmacological activity of YLS.关键词
