全膝关节置换术后手术切口感染的影响因素分析
Analysison factors for surgical site infections after total knee arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the factors for surgical site infections (SSI) after total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods:Clinical data from 110 patients undergoing TKA in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were retrospectively selected.Univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors for SSI after TKA.Results:The incidence of SSI was 7.3 ％.Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that surgical procedures (OR=1.921),allogenetic transfusion (OR =2.103),postoperative drainage (OR=1.974) and operation time (OR=-1.401) were independent risk factors for SSI after TKA (P＜0.05).Conclusion:SSI after TKA was correlated with surgical procedures,allogenetic transfusion,postoperative drainage and operation time.关键词
