Abstract
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging in 1.5 T MR and the correlation between apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and Gleason score and prostate specific antigen (PSA) in prostate cancer.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and ADC value of 53 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (28 cases) and prostate cancer (25 cases) admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2016,and further analyzed the relationship between ADC and Gleason score and serum total-PSA (t-PSA) content.Results:The ADC value of prostatic hyperplasia was (1.21±0.12) × 10 3 mm2/s,the ADC value of prostate cancer was(0.69±0.09) × 10-3 mm2/s,and the difference was statistically significant (t =27.932,P =0.004).The diagnostic specificity was 92.8% and the sensitivity was 96.0% with the cut-off ADC value of 0.969 × 10-3 mm2/s.The ADC value was negatively correlated to Gleason score (r=-0.581,P=0.021),and t-PSA (r=-0.339,P=0.023).Conclusion:DWI correlated with ADC value in the 1.5 T magnetic field was valuable for the diagnosis of prostate cancer,and ADC value could indicate the degree of tumor differentiation.关键词
