血清IGF-1、TSGF水平在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病中的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) levels and childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).Methods:46 children with ALL in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as a study group,and 45 childen with surgical diseases were selected as a control group.The IGF-1 level in serum was measured by immunoradiometric assay.The TSGF level in serum was determined by chromogenic method.Results:Before treatment,serum IGF-1 and TSGF levels of study group were obviously higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).After six months of treatment,serum IGF-1 and TSGF levels in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05).Patients responded to treatment had lower IGF-1 and TSGF levels,compared with irresponsive ones (P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IGF-1 levels at pre-treatment and post-treatment were positively correlated with serum TSGF level (r=0.451,r=0.462;both P＜0.05).Conclusion:Increased serum IGF-1 and TSGF levels might be associated with the pathogenesis of ALL.The levels of IGF-1 and TSGF were valuable in predicting the clinical efficacy of childhood ALL.关键词
