蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子与c-Myc在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其相关性研究
Expression and correlation of cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A and c-Myc in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A) and c-Myc in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the CIP2A and c-Myc expressions in 68 samples of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues(nasopharyngeal carcinoma group) and 20 samples of chronic inflammatory tissues of nasopharyngeal mucosa(control group).The relationship of CIP2A and c-Myc with clinicopathological features of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CIP2A and c-Myc in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma group were 54.4％ (37/68) and 66.2 ％ (45/68) respectively,were higher than those in the control group [15.0％ (3/20),25.0％ (5/20) respectively] (P ＜ 0.05).The positive protein expressions of CIP2A and c-Myc in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues did not correlate with gender,age,clinical stage,tumor size or lymph node metastasis (P ＞ 0.05).The protein expression of CIP2A positively correlated with the protein expression of c-Myc in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Up-regulated expressions of both CIP2A and c-Myc can be observed nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues,and both of them might involve in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.关键词
