自体输血对创伤性颅脑损伤患者凝血功能的影响
Effect of autologous blood transfusion on coagulation function in patients with traumatic brain injury

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of salvaged autologous blood transfusion on the coagulation function in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 199 patients with traumatic brain injury and undergoing emergent craniotomy were divided into autologous blood group (n =108) and allogeneic blood group(n =91) depending on whether they received autologous blood transfusion or not.The amount of bleeding and blood transfusion,infusion proportion of blood products containing coagulation components,and coagulation function (prothrombin time [PT],prothrombin time-international normalized ratio [PT-INR],activated partial thromboplastin time[APTT],fibrinogen [FIB],thrombin time [TF]) on admission and at discharge were observed.Results The infusion proportion of blood products containing coagulation components,the amount of allogeneic RBC and cryoprecipitate in the autologous blood group were lower than those in the allogeneic blood group (P ＜ 0.05).PT,PT-INR,APTF,FIB and TT counts at discharge were significantly higher than those on admission in the two groups,but there was no significant difference in the indexes mentioned above at discharge between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Autologous blood transfusion would not affect coagulation function in surgical patients with traumatic brain injury.关键词
