摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of computer-assisted training combined with Schuell's stimulation approach on the recovery of linguistic function and cognitive function in patients with aphasia after stroke.Methods Fifty patients with aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into control group(n=24) and observation group(n=26).On the basis of routine rehabilitation and medication,Schuell's stimulation approach was performed in the control group and computer-assisted training combined with Schuell's stimulation approach in the observation group.The duration of therapy was 3 months in both groups.Before and after treatment,Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) Scale were used to evaluate the linguistic function and cognitive function respectively.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of CRRCAE including listening comprehension,naming,retelling,reading aloud,reading comprehension,writing and calculation were higher in both groups compared the scores before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the indices above were higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the MoCA scores were higher in both group compared to the scores before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation and medication,computer-assisted training combined with Schuell's stimulation approach can better improve the linguistic function andcognitive function of patients with aphasia after stroke.
