学龄前儿童弱视筛查情况及Titmus立体视图法在筛查中的应用价值
Amblyopia screening of preschool children and application value of Titmus stereogram examination in screening

Abstract
Objective To investigate the screening result of amblyopia in preschool children,and to evaluate the application value of Titmus stereogram examination in amblyopia screening.Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select 228 preschool children for amblyopia screening.The visual acuity and stereopsis acuity were investigated.The effect of Titmus stereogram examination for amblyopia screening was evaluated using acuity examination method as the golden standard.Results The positive screening rate of the 5-<6 years group was higher than that of the 3-<4 years group or 4-<5 years group(P<0.05).The detection rate of stereopsis acuity>100″ or stereoblindness in the 3-<4 years group was higher than those in the other age groups(P<0.05),and the detection rate in the 4-<5 years group was higher than that in the 5-<6 years group or ≥6 years group(P<0.05).Sixteen children were diagnosed as amblyopia.The sensitivity,specificity,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,consistent rate and Youden index of Titmus stereogram examination for amblyopia screening were 81.3%,100.0%,0,18.75%,98.7% and 0.813 respectively.Consistency in the screening result was found between Titmus stereogram examination and the golden standard(Kappa value=0.892).Conclusion There is difference in the visual acuity and stereopsis acuity among the preschool children in different age groups.For amblyopia screening of preschool children,the efficacy of Titmus stereogram examination is similar to that of the traditional visual acuity examination method.关键词
