响应面法对微拟球藻产微藻蛋白的发酵条件优化
Optimization of fermentation conditions for protein production of Nannochloropsis gaditana by response surface methodology

Abstract
In order to improve microalgae protein productivity during stable phase,the response surface methodology method was used to optimize the fermentation conditions of batch cultivation of Nannochloropsis gaditana.Based on the data from single-factor trial,main factors including the temperature,pH,stirring speed and aeration rate were selected as influencing factors,and then the experiments with four factors and three levels were designed according to a Box-Benhnken central composite rule.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows:temperature 30 ℃,pH 6.9,stirring speed 340 r/min and aeration rate 0.65 vvm.Finally,the confirmatory experiment was performed under these optimized conditions.The final protein concentration was as high as 6.18 g/L,increased by 9.18% than before.This result was consistent with the model prediction.关键词
