一株糖蜜酒精废水净化菌Lysinibacilus sp.S6的筛选与鉴定
Screening and identification of a strain Lysinibacilus sp.S6 with purifying capability of molasses alcohol wastewater
摘要
Abstract
Functional microbial strains are vital to ensure high efficiency in the process of bio-treatment of wastewater.A strain which could grow on the medium with molasses alcohol wastewater as sole carbon source,was screened and purified from the activated sludge of molasses alcohol wastewater,This strain was identified as Lysinibacilus sp.S6 through physiological and biochemical as well as 16S rDNA gene alignment analysis.COD removal of this strain could reach to 64.2％ while COD of influent was 105 851.15 mg/L at 37 ℃,and this strain could also remove some nitrogen and phosphor.Therefore,Lysinibacilus sp.S6 could be applied potentially in bio-treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater.关键词
