摘要

Abstract

The α-galactosidase,a kind of hydrolase,can hydrolyze antinutritional factors such as undesirable oligosaccharides and changing the nutritious components to be easily absorbed for animals.The galactosidase commonly exists in plants,animals and microorganisms,which is wildly used in the fields of feed and food industry,modern medicine and so on.In recent years,the development of thermostable α-galactosidase and its molecular modification and heterologous expression with genetic engineering method was a hot research area.In this paper,advances in application and genetic engineering of thermostable α-galactosidase were summarized.
