奥卡西平治疗对癫痫患者血清炎性因子、细胞间粘附分子1及免疫功能的影响
Effects of oxcarbazepine on serum inflammatory cytokines, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and immune function in patients with epilepsy

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of Oxcarbazepine in the treatment of epilepsy and its effect on serum inflammatory factor, intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) and immune function.Methods:A total of 95 patients with epilepsy were selected as observation group, another 95 cases of healthy people as control group;The patients in the observation group were given oral treatment of Oxcarbazepine Tablets, for 6 months;Detection of the observation group before and after treatment of serum inflammatory cytokines (IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α) level, ICAM-1 index and immune function of peripheral T lymphocyte subsets of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) level, and compared with the normal control group.Results:Before treatment, The observation group of patients with levels of IL-2, IL-6, TNF-α, ICAM-1, CD8+, IgA and IgG were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), compared with the control group, CD3+,CD4+ levels were significantly decreased (P<0.05);The level of IgM in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05);Compared with the group before treatment, IL-2, IL-6, TNF-alpha, ICAM-1, CD8+, IgA and IgG levels in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower, however, compared with the control group, the levels of above indexes were still increase significantly (P<0.05);After treatment the levels of CD3+, CD4+ of the observation group were significantly increased, but the levels were still significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);There was no significant change in IgM levels after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusions: Patients with epilepsy exist abnormal levels of inflammatory factorsand ICAM-1, immune dysfunction, oxcarbazepine in the treatment of epilepsy patients can effectively reduce the inflammatory factor and the level of ICAM-1, plays a positive role in regulating immune function disorder.关键词
