复方苦参注射液对胆胰结合部恶性肿瘤术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响
Effect of Compound Matrine Injection on Immune Function of Patients with Pancreaticobiliary Malignancies Undergoing Postoperative Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To investigate effect of Compound Matrine Injection on immune function of patients with pancreaticobiliary malignancies undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 postoperative patients with pancreaticobiliary malignancies admitted during January 2010 and May 2013 were divided into observation group and control group (n =30 for each group).All patients received routine chemotherapy in postoperative 1 month,and observation group was added with Compound Matrine Injection at the same time.Changes of blood routine test,T-lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin levels were detected 1 day before chemotherapy and 1 week after chemotherapy.Results After chemotherapy,CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + T cells and CD4 +/CD8 + levels were higher,while natural killer (NK) cell level was lower than those before chemotherapy in observation group;T-lymphocytes and NK cell levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).In observation group,immunoglobulin level after chemotherapy was significantly higher than those before chemotherapy and in control group (P ＜ 0.05);leucocyte and platelet levels after chemotherapy were significantly higher than those in control group,while the levels in control group after chemotherapy were significantly lower than those before chemotherapy (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01).There was no significance difference in incidence rate of toxic and side-effect between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Compound Matrine Injection can enhance and adjust immune function and promote marrow blood-producing function of patients with pancreaticobiliary malignancies undergoing postoperative chemotherapy,and it is propitious to improving prognosis.关键词
