改良式低位产钳术与会阴侧切低位产钳术助产对妊娠结局的影响
Effects of Modified Low Forceps and Episiotomy Low Forceps Midwifery on Pregnancy Outcomes

Abstract
Objective To analyze effects of modified low forceps and episiotomy low forceps midwifery on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 140 parturient women,who underwent forceps midwifery during January 2014 and June 2016,were divided into observation group (n =78) and control group (n =62) according to obstetrical methods.Observation group received modified low forceps midwifery,while control group received episiotomy low forceps midwifery.Maternal labor condition and pregnancy outcomes were compared in two groups.Results There were no significant differences in duration of the second stage of labor,status of vaginal laceration,neonatal Apgar score,incidence rates of cervical laceration and maternal postpartum complications and incidence rate of neonatal complications between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).In observation group,values of intrapartum and postpartum blood loss were less,and hospitalization time was shorter than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05);incidence rates of perineal infection,postpartum hemorrhage,urinary retention and perineal pain were lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Modified low forceps midwifery can achieve less maternal trauma,and parturient women can recover quickly after operation.关键词
