Abstract
Objective To discuss expressions and clinical significances of nuclear factor-κB p65 (NF-κB p65),NF-κB p50 and high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) in thyroid carcinoma tissues.Methods A total of 212 sampies of thyroid tissues cut during January 2013 and December 2015 were recruited in the study,in which there were 122 cases of thyroid carcinoma tissues,30 cases of thyroid adenoma tissues,30 cases of goiter tissues and 30 cases of normal thyroid tissues.Expressions of NF-κB p65,NF-κB p50 and HMGB1 were compared in four groups,and their relationships with clinical features of thyroid carcinoma were analyzed,and correlations among NF-κB p65,NF-κB p50 and HMGB1 were also analyzed.Results Positive rates of HMGB1,NF-κB p65 and NF-κB p50 in thyroid carcinoma,thyroid adenoma and goiter groups were significantly higher than those in normal thyroid group (P ＜ 0.01);the positive rates in thyroid carcinoma and thyroid adenoma groups were significantly higher than those in goiter group (P ＜ 0.01);the positive rates in thyroid carcinoma group were significantly higher than those in thyroid adenoma group (P ＜ 0.01).Positive rates of NF-κB p65,NF-κB p50 and HMGB1 expressions of thyroid carcinoma tissues with tumor diameter equal or larger than 1.0 cm and lymph node metastasis were higher(P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.05).NF-κB p65,NF-κB p50 and HMGB1 showed significantly positive correlations with each other(r =0.356,0.645 and 0.275,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Expressions of NF-κB p65,NF-κB p50 and HMGB1 in thyroid carcinoma tissues are higher,and the expressions are related to tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis.关键词
