摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze effects of combination of Edaravone after minimally invasive hematoma puncture on curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,cognitive function and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.Methods A total of 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted during June 2014 and June 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods (n =45 for each group).Control group was given minimally invasive hematoma puncture and conventional treatment,while observation group was added Edaravone on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinically curative effect,Chinese stroke clinical neurological impairment scale (CSS) score,Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) score,serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-o) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels were compared in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment for 14 d and 28 d,CSS scores,hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the above indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05);MoCA scores were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the MoCA score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Combination of Edaravone after minimally invasive hematoma puncture in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can achieve well curative effect,promote neurofunctional recovery and reduce levels of serum inflammatory factors.关键词
