摘要
Abstract
As the core of the internal combustion engine parts, piston easily prone to deformation and pin fracture after fatigue damage in the severe working environment.To solve the anti-fatigue analysis and optimization problems of the piston, the internal combustion engine piston is taken as the research object, combining CAD/CAE integration technology, the structure optimization weight loss plan which based on the approximate model is put forward.Using CAD/CAE technique to integrate modeling and finite element analysis for the original model of the piston;build the optimization design model based on the approximate model;and using ISIGHT software to simulate the model;after the optimization, the weight of piston structure decreases 6.4% and the fatigue life is improved in the case where the ultimate strength of the piston material is not exceeded, which means the design requirement is achieved.关键词
