周围型非小细胞肺癌CT征象与CD147和血管内皮生长因子-C表达的对照研究
CT Features and CD147 and VEGF-C Expression in Peripheral Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To study the CT imaging in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer in a variety of signs and CD147, vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) correlation of positive expression.Methods: 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were selected, and the signs of CT examination and positive results of VEGF-C and CD147 were analyzed.Results: VEGF-C and CD147 positive expression and the tumor size, deep lobulation, spine and pleural position fat line disappeared and mediastinal lymph nodes were related (P < 0.05), positive CD147 and pleural indentation sign were related (P<0.05);VEGF-C and vascular bundle were positive related (P < 0.05).Conclusion: VEGF-C and CD147 expression in non-small cell lung cancer patients with tumor size, spines, deep lobulated, mediastinal lymph nodes, and pleural no correlation between fat line and so on, can provide effective basis for disease diagnosis.关键词
