冻融胚胎移植周期临床结局的影响因素
Influence factors of clinical outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the influence factors of the frozen thawed embryo transfer(FET) outcomes of human vitrified embryos.Methods: A total of 2 430 FET cycles were collected,and the effects of the age of the patients,insemination ways,endometrium thickness,embryo cryopreservation time,the balance time of embryos in equilibrium liquid and the quality of embryo on the clinical outcomes were analyzed.Results and conclusion: The results showed that age(β=-0.101,P<0.001),embryo cryopreservation time(β=-0.101,P<0.05)and embryo quality(D3 β=-2.824,D5YD6 β=-2.878,P<0.001) were the influence factors of clinical pregnancy rate.关键词
