河南省居民慢性病防治素养水平及其影响因素
The level of chronic disease prevention literacy among residents in Henan Province and its influencing factors

Abstract
Aim:To understand the status and its influencing factors of chronic disease prevention literacy in residents of Henan Province and provide the scientific supports for targeted health education and health promotion strategies about chronic diseases.Methods: Using multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method,4 320 residents aged 15 to 69 years from 16 counties of Henan Province in 2014 were investigated.Results: A total of 4 241 valid questionnaires were collected and the questionnaire response rate was 98.2%.The adjusted level of chronic diseases prevention literacy among residents of Henan Province in 2014 was 5.7%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education degree,occupation and self-rated health status were the factors of chronic disease prevention literacy.The people with higher education degree had higher chronic disease prevention literacy,that was referring to people who were illiterate or less literate,the people in education level of college and above had higher chronic disease prevention literacy,and the OR value was 76.966(95%CI:12.335-480.256);taking the farmers as the reference,civil servants/institutions faculty had higher chronic disease prevention literacy,and the OR value was 2.490(95%CI: 1.094-5.667);compared with the people who were in good self-rated health status,the people who were in the general health status had lower chronic disease prevention literacy,and the OR value was 0.563(95%CI:0.355-0.893).Conclusion: The level of chronic disease prevention literacy of the residents in Henan Province is relatively low,and the farmers,the people with low education degree or poor health state are the key intervention populations.关键词
