中国伤害致听力残疾的现患率及影响因素
Prevalence and influencing factors of injury caused hearing disability in China
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To analyze the prevalence and influencing factors of injury caused hearing disability in China.Methods: Data derived from the Second National Sample Survey on Disability in China in 2006 were collected and analyzed,and logistic regression was utilized to explore the influencing factors of injury caused hearing disability in China.Results: The prevalence of injury caused hearing disability was 241.28 per 100 000 in 2006,which rose with the increase of age.The results of logistic regression showed that male(OR=2.046,95%CI=1.940-2.158),resisting in urban area(OR=1.140,95%CI=1.092-1.201),family average income below the national average line(OR=1.473,95%CI=1.375-1.579),were the risk factors of injury caused hearing disability,while residing in east region of china(OR=0.783,95%CI=0.737-0.831) or residing in middle region of China(OR=0.745,95%CI=0.698-0.795) were protective factors for injury caused hearing disability.Conclusion: The prevalence for injury caused hearing disability in China in 2006 was in a relatively low level,suggesting effective and specific measures should be taken to control the risks factors or focus on specific population that in risks.关键词
