美学区慢性根尖周炎患牙即刻种植的临床效果
Effects of immediate implant in sockets with chronic apical periodontitis in esthetic zone
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the feasibility of immediate implant in sockets with chronic apical periodontitis in esthetic zone.Methods: Forty patients requiring extraction of single tooth in the maxillary esthetic zone were selected and allocated into 2 groups:20 patients with chronic apical periodontitis(test group) and 20 without chronic apical periodontitis(control group) received immediate implants placement with temporary crowns one day after teeth extraction.The differences in probing depth(PD) and Pink Esthetic Score(PES) before surgery and at 1 year of follow-up were compared between the 2 groups.Cone beam computed tomography(CBCT) was performed immediately after surgery and 1 year after surgery to evaluate the facial bone thickness measured at 0,4 and 8 mm apical to the implant platform.Results: After 1 year the implant survival rates of the 2 groups were both 95%.Concerning PD and PES examination,and the facial bone thickness at different levels,no statistical differences were found between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: It is feasible to implant immediately in sockets with chronic apical periodontitis in esthetic zone.关键词
