摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of combined application of Zn and N fertilizers on maize seedlings growth and nitrogen absorption,two maize varieties,Zhengdan 958 and Xundan 20,which have been planted in large scale,were selected to set up three nitrogen levels (0.08,4,8 mmol · L-1),and three zinc levels (0,10,100 μmol · L-1),included 9 treatments,namely,N0.08Zn0,N0.08Zn10,N0.08Zn100,N4Zn0,N4Zn10,N4Zn100,N8Zn0,N8Zn10,and N8Zn100,and the nutrient solution experiment was carried out in June 2015.The results showed that within a certain range of nitrogen,zinc application significantly influenced the growth of maize seedlings and the absorption of nitrogen.For both Zhengdan 958 and Xundan 20,the plant height and weight reached the maximum value under the N4Zn100 treatment;The root number and root tip number reached the maximum for Zhengdan 958 under N4Zn100 level,and for Xundan 20 under the N8Zn10 treatment;The plant nitrogen concentration reached the maximum for Zhengdan 958 and Xundan20 under the N4Zn100 treatment.And with the increase of plant nitrogen uptake,nitrogen plant physiological utilization rate decreased significantly.Thus,under appropriate rates of nitrogen,zinc fertilizer application can adjust the relations of root system and aboveground parts,promote the growth of root system and aboveground growth,increase the contact area of the root system of nitrogen,and improve plant absorption of nitrogen.
