大叶紫珠对大鼠凝血功能及TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a表达的影响
Effect of Callicarlpa macrophylla Vahl Polysaccharides on Rat Coagulation Function, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a Expression

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the hemostasis mechanism of Callicarlpa macrophylla Vahl on coagulation function,TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1 a expression of rats.Methods:40 adult Wistar were randomly divided into control group (normal saline),Yunnan Baiyao group(0.9 g · kg-1),high dose Callicarlpa macrophylla Vahl group (10 g · kg-1,crude drug) and low dose Callicarlpa macrophylla Vahl group(5 g · kg-1,crude drug),continuous infusion for seven days.The effects of intragastric administration of Callicarlpa macrophylla Vahl on prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen concentration(FIB) as well as the levels of thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1a in tat arterial blood were observed.Results:The Callicarlpa macrophylla Vahl decoction of the medium dose and high dose short apparently PT,TT and APTT and inmproved significantly FIB and TXB2 level and down-regulated 6-keto-PGF1a (P < 0.05),Conclusion:The Callicarlpa macrophylla Vahl water decoction relates to activate intrinsic and entrinsic pathways to promote platelet aggregation platelet aggregation and modulate the level of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1 a.关键词
