野葛种子表面形态特征及萌发能力特性研究

Abstract
Objective:The study of surface morphological characteristics and germination capacity characteristics of Pueraria lobata seed,quality standard of seeds,provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the breeding of fine varieties and specifications of Pueraria lobata cultivation.Methods:The morphological characteristics were observed and photographed by dissecting mirror and scanning electron microscope,the research of seed germination was carried out according to the relevant provisions of the national agricultural seed testing procedures and international standards.Results:①The seeds of Pueraria lobata were divided into five types,blue,black,brown,brown pattern.②The germination rate,germination pattern sample,germination index were the highest,hard rate was relatively high.Conclusion:The method is simple,applicable,which is suitable for Pueraria lobata good varieties breeding and standardized cultivation.关键词
