中医体质辨识对不同分娩方式产后恢复情况的评估
The Evaluation of TCM Constitution Identification on Postpartum Recovery of Different Delivery Modes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This research will use TCM consitution of normative evaluation tools to investigate the influence of different modes of delivery on puerpera,in order to provide a theoretical basis for choosing proper delivery way.Methods:The research has 500 cases of cesarean section puerperas and 500 cases of vaginal delivery puerperas.All of them were investigated to be moderate constitution when they were 36 weeks pregnancy.Another two investigations will be taken on the 3rd day and 42th day after birth.Results:①On the 3rd day after birth,the proportion of moderate constitution was 54.4％ in vaginal delivery group and 45.6％ in cesarean section group.There was a significant difference(P ＜ 0.01).②On the 3rd day after birth,the proportion of Qi deficiency constitution was 15.8％ in cesarean section group and 4.8％ in vaginal delivery group.The difference between two groups was significant(P ＜ 0.05).③On the 42th day after postpartum,the proportion of puerpera who recover to moderate physique was 43.9％ in vaginal group and 56.1％ in cesarean group.The difference was significant(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Cesarean section which has bad influence on maternal health is more likely to lead to Qi deficiency physique,and the constitution recovery of cesarean section puerpera is slower than natural delivery puerperal.关键词
