健脾行气化瘀汤治疗Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究
Clinical Study on Treatment of Hp Positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Jianpi Xingqi Huayu Tang

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Xingqi Huayu Tang treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) positive chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:60 patients with Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given quadruple therapy plus Weifuchun orally.The observation group was additionally treated with Jianpi Xingqi Huayu Tang,composition:Huangqi (Astragalus) 15 g,Dangshen (Codonopsis) 15 g,Fuling (Poria Cocos) 12 g,Chaobaizhu (Fried Atractylodes) 15 g,Sharen (Amomum Villosum) 10 g,Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae) 10 g,Chenpi (Dried Tangerine Peel) 9 g,Sanqifen (Notoginseng Powder) (blunt) 3 g,Yiyiren (Semen Coicis) 15 g,Houpu (Magnolia Officinalis) 10 g,Shanzha (Hawthorn) 10 g,Gancao (Liquorice) 10 g,water decoction,daily 2 times.Stomach pain with Chuanlianzi (Melia Toosendan) 12 g,Yanhusuo (Rhizoma Corydalis) 15 g;fullness and stuffy feeling with Foshou (Fingered Citron) 15 g,Meiguihua (Rose) 10 g;belching and poor appetite,with Chenxiang (Agilawood) 6 g,Xuanfuhua (Inula Flower) 15 g;sleep disorders with Chaosuanzaoren(Fried Semen Ziziphi Spinosae) 20 g,Yuanzhi(Polygala) 12 g;the persons who are noisy anti acid in stomach,Wuzeigu (Cuttlefish Bone) 20 g,Duanwalengzi (Prepared Concha Arcae) 20 g;the persons who have dark red tongue with ecchymosis,Puhuang(Cattail Pollen) 10 g,Wulingzhi(Trogopterus Dung) 12 g.After treatment,compared two groups of patients clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms integral,performance integral under gastroscope and pathology results.Results:The effective rate of the two groups were 86.21％ and 72.41％,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Two groups of clinical symptom scores after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the symptom score of observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,compared endoscopic integration and pathological results of the two groups of patients showed that the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Jianpi Xingqi Huayu Tang in the treatment of Hp positive chronic atrophic gastritis is significant.关键词
