三仁汤加减治疗湿热内蕴型功能性消化不良临床研究
Clinical Study of Modified Sanren Decoction in the Treatment of Internal Retention of Damp-Heat Type of Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical study modified Sanren Tang in the treatment of internal retention of damp-heat type of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:104 cases of patients with internal retention of damp-heat type of FD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,52 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Omeprazole Enteric-coated capsules combined with capsule of Wuling,while patients in the observation group were treated with Sanren Tang.Two groups were treated for a month.The effective rate was observed,and traditional Chinese medicine main symptoms integral of two groups were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Motilin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS) levels in the two groups were detected by radioimmunity method before and after treatment,and the recurrence rate and drug safety were compared.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 90.38％ (47/52),which was significantly higher than the control group [71.15％ (37/52)] (P ＜ 0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(abdominal fullness,eating less,dry mouth,red tongue,drowsiness,nausea and vomiting) score was significantly lower than before treatment,and it was decreased more obvious of the observation group than of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS in both groups after treatment were significantly increased.In addition,compared with the control group,the observation group of patients increased more significantly(P ＜ O.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was 4.26％ (2/47) during follow-up of 6 months,which was obviously lower than the control group[18.92％ (7/37)] (P ＜ 0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the two groups of patients.Conclusion:There is good clinical curative effect of modified Sanren Tang in the treatment of internal retention of damp-heat type of functional dyspepsia,and it can significantly improve the main symptoms of patients and the level of MTL and GAS,reduce the recurrence rate of FD and high safety in administration.关键词
