中药灌肠配合经皮肾穿刺置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗急性梗阻性肾衰竭临床研究
Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Percutaneous Renal Puncture Central Venous Catheter Continuous Drainage in the Treatment of Acute Obstructive Renal Failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with percutaneous renal puncture central venous catheter continuous drainage in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure.Methods:56 patients with acute obstructive renal failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of 28 cases.The control group was treated with percutaneous renal puncture central venous catheter continuous drainage,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the control group.Two months later,compared the clinical efficacy,syndrome score and renal function of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(23.97 ± 4.68) points,and the control group was(26.47 ± 5.23) points,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups were decreased,and the creatinine clearance rate in the two groups were improved(all P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of the observation group(92.8％) was higher than that of the control group (67.8％),the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with percutaneous renal puncture central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure has significant clinical efficacy,which can improve renal function.关键词
