热丝TIG焊在管道焊接中的应用
Application of Hot Wire TIG Welding in Pipeline Welding
摘要
Abstract
In order to enhance the welding efficiency of TIG welding, expand application range, in this article, it introduced the characteristics and classification of TIG welding, expounded the application of several kinds of hot silk TIG welding(single hot wire TIG welding, narrow clearance hot wire TIG welding, composite hot wire TIG welding) in petrochemical, nuclear power, marine engineering and other pipeline application industries, put forward main problems existed in hot wire TIG welding. It considered that although it possesses the above mentioned advantages, but in some aspects still has much room for improvement, such as welding efficiency and magnetic blow. Finally, it outlooked the development trend of the hot wire TIG welding and its application field in the future will be wider and wider.关键词
