摘要

Abstract

In this paper, Taipu River Basin was taken as the study target. Starting from the environmental risk occurrence mechanism, mutual impacts and action mechanism between the environmental risk factors in the basin were analyzed. An environmental risk assessment system was built up on the basis of environmental risk receptor, antimony pollution source and hydrological characteristics of the basin. Furthenmore, environmental risk of antimony pollution occurrence in the basin was analyzed under different scenarios. According to the section water quality control objectives, environmental capacity of the basin under different flow conditions was estimated, providing decision-making basis for the emergency response and risk prevention management of sudden water pollution accidents.
