摘要

Abstract

In the present work,waste rapeseed oil was converted into carbon black by using aerosol chemical vapor deposition (A-CVD).The liquid waste oil was prepared in the form of aerosol particles and transported by N2 carrier gas into a furnace.After thermal decomposition at a temperature of 800℃,waste-oil-based carbon black was formed and deposited.The morphology,composition,and structure of the products were characterized by optical spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,SEM,and XPS.Analysis indicated that the stacked cascade-structure of carbon was produced,while intense D,G,and G'peaks were observed on the Raman spectra with an intensity ratio (ID/Ic) of 1.09.Due to the deconvolution of the C1s peak,the surface chemical bonding of carbon contributed mainly to sp2 C =C,sp3 C-C,C-OH,and O =C-O-,with the dominant ratio of sp2 C =C occupying 88.5%.According to comparative analysis of the wettability of primitive silicon and carbon deposited sil icon,the contact angles of water droplets on the surface increased dramatically from 66.4° to 141°,exhibiting a super-hydrophobicity,while the contact angles of oil droplets on the silicon and carbon were 21.2° and less than 4°,respectively.
