Abstract
The existing methods for the detection of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in complex sam ples face challenges like high costs and long sample testing times.This study assessed the indirect competitive inhibition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) of 2,2',4,4'-tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) as a representative PBDE,comparing performance with those of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) de tection methods and ELISA kits.For the indirect competitive inhibition ELISA method,the value of IC50 was 0.11 mg · L-1,the limit of quantification was 0.04 mg · L-1,and the detection range was 0.01-0.50 mg · L-1.Meeting the requirements of sensitivity and reproducibility of detecting trace targets in a complicated matrix,ELISA is a more efficient,economic,and practical method suitable for early screening of large quantities of envi ronmental samples.关键词
