Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of black blood MR and MRV imaging(BBMRI+MRV)in evaluation of venous sinus stenosis by comparing with DSA.Methods Thirty patients with venous sinus stenosis underwent BBMRI+MRV and DSA.The degree of stenosis and venous sinus thrombosis on DSA and BBMRI+MRV were independently assessed and compared.Results Compared with DSA.BBMRI+MRV showed a good consistency of stenosis,The diagnostic sensitivity、specificity and accuracy value were respectively 98.4%,92.3% and 87.8%,when the 70% stenosis was used as the cut off value.BBMRI+MRV can directly display the situation of venous sinus thrombosis,which is clearer and more intuitionistic than DSA.Conclusioas BBMRI+MRV can better show the degree of stenosis and pathological changes of cerebral venous sinus,and can be further evaluated for sinus thrombosis.关键词
