中枢神经系统畸形胎儿的产前B超诊断价值

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of prenatal ultrasound determining fetal cavity of septum pellucidum (CSP) on diagnosing malformations of central nervous system (CNS).Methods A total of 324 women with gestational age between 19 and 39 weeks whose fetuses were normal were selected as study objects.We applied ultrasound to measure width of CSP and used linear-regression analysis to observe the correlation of gestational weeks with CNS malformation.We selected 18 cases with the absence of CSP as group A and selected 150 cases with normal CSP as group B to perform further study.Results Among 324 women,the normal width of CSP was defined as (5.6±1.7) mm.Linear-regression showed that the width of CSP was not affected by gestational weeks (r=0.4,P＞0.4).The incidence rates of CNS malformation were 100% and 1.33% in group A and group B,and the difference was significant (χ2=139.25,P＜0.01).Conclusion The width of CSP determined by ultrasound has a clinical effect on the diagnosis of CNS malformation.关键词
