当归芍药散合桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗单纯性卵巢囊肿临床研究
The Clinical Research into Simple Ovarian Cyst Treated with Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder in Combination with Modified Cinnamon and Poria Pill

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder in combination with Cinnamon and modified Poria Pill on simple ovarian cyst.Methods:One hundred and sixty-four patients with simple ovarian cyst who were treated in our hospital's Gynaecology Department between April 2014 and May 2015 were chosen as the research subjects.all the patients were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound,and for nearly 2 months they did not receive any treatment for ovarian cyst,and they had no other systemic diseases,and were randomly divided into the combined treatment group and Hongjin Xiaojie group,with 82 cases in each group.The ones in the combined treatment group were treated with Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder in combination with Cinnamon and modified Poria Pill,while the ones in Hongjin Xiaojie group were treated with Hongjin Xiaojie concentrated pill.Results:After the treatment,the combined treatment group's cyst volume was better than that of Hongjin Xiaojie group (P ＜ 0.05);the combined treatment group's improved symptoms were significantly better than those of Hongjin Xiaojie group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of the combined treatment group was 96.34％,while that of Hongjin Xiaojie group was 78％,and the combined treatment group better than Hongjinxiaojie group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder in combination with Cinnamon and modified Poria Pill has a remarkable clinical curative effect on simple ovarian cyst,can significantly reduce the volume of simple ovarian cyst,and improve the clinical symptoms.关键词
